On 19 November 2024, the Community Initiative Society (CIS) hosted an International Symposium 2024 on “Climate Change and Emergency Management Challenges for Asia Pacific: Towards a Disaster-Resilient World” at Samson H. Chowdhury Centre, Dhaka Club, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
His Excellency Mr. IWAMA Kiminori the Ambassador of Japan to Bangladesh was the guest of honor for this event. Many National & International Delegates were also presented at this Symposium.
